Lead Times

SERVICE STATUS UPDATE  : 17/10/23 

The current lead time for all foam cut to size orders is 1-3 working days. This excludes reticulated foam, joined or laminated foams, such as combos or budget foam, which are 1-7 working days .

Foam orders including the application of Dacron are also 1-7 working days.

Stock item and upholstery sundries are 1-7 working days from order, call to check stock for a more accurate lead time. 

All bespoke feather and fibre cushions have an approximate lead time of 21 working days.  Standard fibre scatters are 1-7 working days. 

Mattress orders including a Tencel, Cooltech, Easyclean cover, have a current lead time of 7 working days, the addition of sheet and mattress protectors will not exceed this lead time. Please note, complex shapes made be subject to a longer lead time, this includes shapes listed on our website.

Our standard size mattress, including Pop-Tops, Roof Tent and R&R toppers, also have a lead time of 7 working days .

Upholstery orders or orders including upholstery, are 1 weeks from receipt of fabric.
