How To Measure.
Its always best to measure sizes from your existing covers. Remember the old adage "Measure Twice Cut Once" Don't rely on sizes when measuring the old foam, it's not accurate. Foam can become misshaped or collapsed. Measure the length & width of your covers from corner to corner seam to seam, We recommend pulling the cover nice and taught when measuring, this will ensure you get the correct sizes. Covers always need to be a tight fit. The thickness of foam required to fill a cushion cover often causes confusion.
New Foam, Old Covers
The thickness of the finished cushion is not the same as the thickness of the boarder. Look across the cushion, you will see often that the interior, appears thicker than the boarder. This is perfectly normal, but does need to be taken in to consideration when ordering a replacement foam cushion. As a general rule, match the thickness of the foam to the measurement between the seams or piping on the edge boarder then add 12 oz Dacron to give the cushion extra body. This way, you ensure a perfect fitNew Foam, new Covers
Feel free to order foam to whatever size & thickness required. Just ensure that the boarder on your cover is narrower than the interior to ensure a tight fitHelp & Advice
